In an interview, Oscar “Chololo” Larios described Manny as small but arrogant. Pundits especially Erik Morales’ father said Larios has the tools to pull an upset. Words. Still these words make us sweat internally, what with Manny’s laid back style. The big smiles, and in this photo, the ridiculously slicked back hair.

Manny likes to make us fans nervous, and then in the presser, assure us that everything’s gonna be fine.

Gademet Manny, start training already! What’s gonna happen to our bragging rights, to our swagger should you, heaven forbid, lose? Life would be so difficult. I may even inadvertently smash my beloved smartphone in frustration!

I know you’re gonna deck that lanky Larios come fight time and then give us that evil, I told you so, grin. But in the meantime, can you please haul your ass over to Freddie’s gym? We’ll all be shitting bullets before you do.
